Cafe Update?

Hello Chobots!
As you know,this month's newsletter has some interesting updates! One of them is the Cafe one.The update had to come on April 27th,but it was moved to April 28th.
Today is 28.04.2012 and while going to the play page,I saw this banner.

What could this mean? Are they adding the new Cafe update?
